Revolutionizing Digital Interactions: A Systems Approach to Enhancing Social Media Engagement

Duration: 13 Weeks
Type: System Design (Group Project)
College: Indian School of Design and Innovation
Skills: Project Management, Quantitative Analysis, Consumer Behavior Insighting.

My Role

This endeavor necessitated an in-depth exploration into primary research methodologies, specifically survey design and leading focused group discussions, while simultaneously sharpening my project management and faculty coordination skills.

Recognizing the significance of our digital identities, especially as Gen Zs grappling with social anxiety and the prospect of entering the workforce, we sought to understand modern social interactions. Our goal was to reassess traditional methods and discover relevant solutions for today's context.
