GAZE AND MOO

During the pandemic, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey from my home, creating handmade vintage resin bezels with dried flowers and home decors. This venture led me to the thriving, predominantly female-led small business community. What started as a business quickly evolved into a collaborative network, primarily operating through Instagram.

Gaze and Moo started with my love for vintage and crystal jewellery with a hard realization for a huge market gap for it. During this period I had the opportunity to collaborate with the local artisans all around India. The community of small businesses was thriving and a lively atmosphere

Pop ups

Motivated by the beautiful small business community, I took the initiative to organize a physical pop-up event, a first for many of us. Despite initial challenges, including gathering businesses and managing logistics, the event turned into a resounding success. I reached out to various small businesses in Mumbai, eventually bringing together an eclectic mix of entrepreneurs, from jewelers and tarot readers to snack vendors and thrift shop owners.

The two-day event was a vibrant display of entrepreneurial spirit, with each stall owner eagerly interacting with customers face-to-face for the first time. The overwhelming response and buzzing atmosphere were beyond my expectations. Organizing and marketing this event single-handedly was a testament to the power of community and collaboration. It was not just a commercial success, but a meaningful exchange of passions and dreams, illustrating the potential of collective effort in the small business arena.
